This is a big shout out to Jennifer Ngai, Real Estate Broker from Immobilier Himalaya Real Estate. She showed my wife and I dozens of houses up north for over 2 months, guiding us through them for those to consider for various reasons, (such as bad location, resale value, and sellers declarations potential problems). That being said, she kept bringing us to many houses until we found our dream home. Once we found that home, she negotiated for us in good faith for price and conditions and subsequently surprises at the last minute that could have scuttled the deal.
